Как получить данные с фильтрами с веб-страницы

Мне нужно получить данные из этого сайт с фильтром поля unp. Думаю нужно сделать пост запрос с данными или использовать любую библиотеку для подстановки данных в поле и активации фильтра по нажатию кнопки.

Подскажите что лучше использовать и по какому пути идти.

Я пытаюсь сделать почтовый запрос (Python 3.6):
