Ошибка: компилятор C не может создавать исполняемые файлы

Я пытаюсь установить Rcplex в R на macbook и следую инструкции по этой ссылке http://jrzubizarreta.com/УСТАНОВИТЬ.

На терминале, в папке, где находится распакованный каталог Rcplex, я набрал

как по инструкции. Однако я получаю следующую ошибку:
