Я пытаюсь создать проект Rails с помощью Vagrant. Также используется Rails 5.2.

В моем оригинальном bundle install он сказал мне

Я запускаю sudo apt-get install libpq-dev и получаю сообщение об ошибке, связанной со старой версией.
