Я работаю над проектом, анализирующим влияние стихийных бедствий на процентные ставки. Я пытаюсь контролировать страны, которые используют евро. Я хочу сопоставить вектор, описывающий страны, использующие евро, и создать столбец с фиктивной переменной для каждой страны: 1, если они используют евро, и 0, если нет.
