Я написал код Python, который вставляет подэлементы, содержащие контент, в другой более крупный подэлемент. Это работает, но проблема в том, что каждый подэлемент почему-то вставляется дважды. Я проверил код, и я не уверен, почему это происходит, может ли кто-нибудь указать мне на проблему в моем коде? Я знаю, что это не самый эффективный способ, но я постараюсь улучшить его в ближайшее время.

Когда вы создаете SubElement, вы указываете родителя, поэтому он уже добавлен к родительскому элементу.
После создания вашего SubElement вы снова добавляете его к родителю в строке:
Entites.append(Entity)
Таким образом, ваш SubElement будет повторяться.
