Почему у меня возникает ОШИБКА при реализации com.android.support:appcompat-v7:28.0.0 при добавлении соединения Firebase?

Когда я изменяю свои файлы build.gradle для использования плагина Firebase, он показывает мне ошибку реализации com.android.support:appcompat-v7:28.0.0.

Я уже добавил файл google-services.json в корневой каталог модуля Android-приложения.

Моя ошибка: Идентификатор проблемы = совместим с Gradle
