Включить CORS в моем веб-API не работает

У меня есть следующий веб-API, самозачищенный:

Как только я хочу включить Cors, добавив следующую строку, config.EnableCors(); мой веб-API больше не доступен через Swagger, и я получаю следующий ответ:
