Не удается установить mysqlclient в virtualenv

У меня есть virtualenv с именем dev, и я пытаюсь установить необходимые зависимости. Во время этого я получаю следующую ошибку в mysqlclient, когда пытаюсь установить с помощью pip install -r requirements.txt, который имеет требования:
